Ramada Plaza Receives Chain’s Pinnacle Award for Service

The Gatineau (Hull)  Ramada Plaza earned the prestigious Pinnacle Award for   service and quality from Ramada Worldwide at the lodging chain’s international conference held recently in Palm Desert, California.

 

Pinnacle Award winners must meet a stringent set of criteria and represent an elite group of the chain’s top properties, whose staffs’ consistently provide customers with outstanding services and maintain their hotels at the highest possible standards.  Chosen by Ramada Worldwide’s staff, properties are rated in key areas such as hotel performance, participation in marketing programs and promotions, customer service and the overall presentation of the hotel. 

 

Ramada Worldwide honors one property from each of 17 regions in the United States and Canada with the Pinnacle Award.  The Gatineau Ramada Plaza hotel was one of the two hotels to received the accolade for Eastern Canada.
