The members of the Quebec Association of Convention Bureaus offer you many services; they can vary from one convention office to another in accordance with the quantity of human resources and finances available in each one. Whichever one it should be, these members are all professionals of the business tourism industry and they know – in their respective milieu – the equipment and installations very well, the quality of the lodgings, the tourist attractions plus the service suppliers. So don't hesitate to use these services and these local experts!

- Welcoming cocktail for your group of convention participants or a civic reception at city hall for a VIP group
- All inclusive packages : tourist circuit programs and para-convention activities
- The presence of a representative at certain meeting of your organizing committee
- The organizer guide which includes suppliers, the infrastructures, the tourist circuit destinations
- Special welcome for your group: reservation services for the attractions, restaurants and tourist circuits.
- Transportation services, shuttles, renting of vehicles, urban buses
- Accompanying guide service
- Promotional material : tourist information pouch, post cards, leaflets, posters, displays, videos
- Media support, list of the medias and the regional contacts
